Returns and Exchanges Policy

Not satisfied with your purchase or need a different size? No problem. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • We do not accept returns on customized or sale items, unless they are defective.

  • Returns must include a note with your order number and the item/size you are requesting in exchange (if applicable).

To request an exchange, please send the item to:

Please include a note inside the package with:

  • your full name

  • your order number

  • the size or item you wish to receive in exchange

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item at our expense.


Return for Refund

If you prefer to return the item for a refund:

  1. Send the item to Bros S.r.l. (address above).

  2. Include a note with your name, order number, and the phrase “refund request.”

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund via the same payment method used at checkout.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.


How to Request a Return Online

If you created a customer account on elcharroabbigliamento.com, you can submit your return request online:

  1. Go to: Login to your account

  2. Access the "Orders" section

  3. Click "View Order" next to the item you wish to return

  4. If available, click "Request a Return" and fill out the form

You’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

If you checked out as a guest and don’t have an account, you can still return items by following the manual process described above.


Important Notes

  • If you received a defective item or an incorrect product, we’ll cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
