1. Introduction and Identification of the Seller

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on the websites elcharro.it and elcharroabbigliamento.com (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Site”), managed by Go Charro S.r.l. (hereinafter “Go Charro” or the “Seller”), with registered office at Via Veio 20, 04100 Latina (LT), VAT Number 03343220590, owner of the El Charro trademark.

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Availability

El Charro markets clothing and accessories. Product images and descriptions are as faithful as possible but are for illustrative purposes only. El Charro reserves the right to modify prices, availability, and product features at any time.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in euros and include VAT at 22%.
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank transfer.
The order will be processed only after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments in Italy are handled by express couriers. Average delivery time is 2-5 working days.

5. Return and Exchange Policy (30 days)

El Charro offers its customers the possibility to return or exchange items within 30 days from receipt of the order.

General conditions for returns or exchanges:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect original condition, with original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
We do not accept returns of personalized items, sale items or special promotions, unless defective.
The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received.
A note must be included inside the package with: full name, order number and reason (exchange or refund).

Once the return has been received and inspected, El Charro will ship the new item at our expense (one free replacement shipment).

Return for refund If you wish to return the item for a refund:

Send the item to the address above.
Include a note with your name, order number and the wording “Refund request”.
El Charro will process the refund using the same payment method, within 14 days from receipt and positive inspection of the goods.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors by El Charro.

How to request a return

If you have an account: log in to “My Orders” and follow the online return procedure.
If you ordered as a guest: send an email to info@elcharro.it with your order number and reason.

Special cases (Defective / Shipping errors) In case of defective, wrong or damaged items, El Charro will cover all return shipping costs and arrange replacement or refund. The Customer must report the issue within 2 days of receipt, attaching photos.

Important notes

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
El Charro is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages during return transit.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days) – Legal Information

In addition to the 30-day commercial policy, pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods. El Charro’s 30-day policy is more favorable to the Customer.

7. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity for 2 years in accordance with the Consumer Code.

8. Limitation of Liability

El Charro shall not be liable for indirect damages or disruptions due to force majeure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the websites elcharro.it and elcharroabbigliamento.com, as well as the El Charro trademark, are the property of Go Charro S.r.l. or their respective owners. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy and Personal Data Processing

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR. Please read our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For Consumers, the competent court is the one of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile.
